Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Route Benchcore learning programs confirmed by invoice or written enrollment agreement.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for individual cohort seats when requested in writing before the second live module begins, provided you have not downloaded more than the introductory packet. Team packages follow the cancellation schedule in the signed proposal.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests within 14 days of payment or at least 5 business days before the cohort start — whichever is earlier — unless a different window appears in your agreement.
Full versus partial refunds
A full refund applies if we cancel a cohort or if you cancel within the eligibility window without accessing live sessions. A partial refund of 50% may apply after Module 1 if documented illness or travel disruption prevents continuation and materials access remains limited. No refund is due after Module 2 begins for voluntary withdrawal.
Non-refundable items
Third-party tool licenses, onsite travel fees, custom research retainers, and completed private facilitation days are non-refundable once delivered or purchased on your behalf.
Refund process
Email contact@route-benchcore.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may request identity verification.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer to a Thai account you nominate. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are not reimbursed.
Cancellation by Route Benchcore
If we reschedule by more than 21 days or cancel entirely, you may transfer to a later cohort or receive a full refund of program fees paid.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law remain intact. Force majeure events may extend timelines without creating additional compensation beyond fee refunds or transfers.
